If you fill in the consult form on this site, we receive exactly what you type in: your name, your email, your business name (if you give it), your phone number (optional), the package you're interested in, and the project description you write. That's the whole list — we don't ask for anything we don't need in order to reply to you.

If you contact us through an instant form on Meta — for example a form you fill in while using Facebook or Instagram — your details are collected by Meta under Meta's own privacy policy, and Meta passes them to us so we can respond. We use those details exactly the same way as the ones from the form on this site: to answer your consult request. We don't receive anything beyond what you typed into that form.

For one purpose only: responding to your consult request and, if we work together, communicating with you about your project — planning, drafts, revisions, delivery, and support. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — to anyone, ever.
• We do not run advertising or tracking pixels on this site today. No Meta Pixel, no retargeting — nothing follows you around the web.
• We do not add you to marketing lists or send email you didn't ask for.

If any of that ever changes, we'll update this page first — what you're reading here is always the current, complete version.

Consult messages stay only as long as we need them to handle your request and any project that comes from it. If you ask us to delete your details, we will. For active clients, we keep project records for as long as the working relationship and ordinary bookkeeping require.
